Caponera is equipped with a HACCP management system involving a Process Control Plan and continuous monitoring of Critical Process Points in order to guarantee the highest standards of quality and food safety.

To ensure process repeatability and maximum customer satisfaction, the Quality Management System is guaranteed by achievement of the highest BRC and IFS standards, constantly certified by DNV.

Caponera also adheres to the standards for production of Organic and NOP (National Organic Program) Organic cheeses, rigorously audited by the CCPB board.

The Company implements an Allergen Control Plan, which includes gluten, and can therefore guarantee the absence of allergens in its products.
